Banana and Apple give a sweetness to the squash and whilst we love bananas and apples for the benefits we’re going to dedicate this space to Super food Squash. It can help to improve the quality of your sight, boost skin health, strengthen the immune system, manage symptoms of diabetes, build strong bones, protect heart health, reduce symptoms of insomnia, prevent inflammatory conditions, treat arthritis, eliminate ulcers, eliminate parasites and infections, increase prostate health, boosts respiratory health, and reduces blood pressure.

Cashews make a great replacement for animal fats and proteins, luckily they’re delicious with great health benefits linked to cancer prevention, heart health, and weight maintenance. Pumpkin seeds are truly a gift from nature. They don’t just taste great (actually fantastic!), but can also serve as a healthy protein option too. They’re full of iron, fibre, zinc, magnesium and anti inflammatory chlorophyll. Chia seeds are also a great source of plant based protein and with anti inflammatory properties and high omega 3.

For a sweet taste Cinnamon is added and when we look at the health benefits we can see why traditionally it was more valuable gold, antifungal and antibacterial with high concentration of antioxidants protect the body from damage from free radicals and reduces inflammation. Amchur Powder, made from dried mango, is a subtle taste of tart and sweet. It has a high iron content and due to its phenols has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is a fair source of Vitamin A and Vitamin E which helps hormonal system function efficiently and promotes healthy skin and eyes.
