  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • pinch of Pink Himalayan salt

One of the favourites at Honestly good HQ. Delicious banana, courgette and sweet potato form the base of this smoothie, giving you a healthy dose of potassium (good for the heart), fibre, anti-ageing anti-oxidants and one of the best sources of beta-carotene. You know, that stuff that helps regulate your blood sugar level.

We then added Loads of hazelnuts and blueberries, packed with heart-healthy mono-unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, protein and more of those wonderful antioxidants.

We finished it off with a sprinkling of Cacao nibs (you guessed it; more antioxidants!) which also help boost your mood, pumpkin seeds for some immune-system-boosting zinc and a drizzle of
Pink Himalayan Salt for some extra minerals and a bit of flavour.
